Bartlett Gymnastics Center Important Policies

1. In addition to your class fee, there is an annual registration fee of $30.00 per child.

2. There will be a $20.00 service charge for all returned checks.

3. Make-up classes must be scheduled in the office. A maximum of one make-up may be carried over into the next session if enrolled in that session. No make-ups will be scheduled the first week of a new session.

4. If cancellation occurs on or before the Saturday prior to the start of the session - a full refund will be given. A 50% refund is offered if cancellation is on or before the first Saturday of the session. No refunds will be given after the first week of the session.

5. You will receive a 10% Family Discount on the lower fee of a sibling’s class - registration fee not included. The Sibling Discount only applies to students registered before the session begins.

6. Class discount: Any student enrolling in more than one class per session will receive a 10% discount on their second and third classes.

7. Every effort will be made to honor friendship and teacher requests. We cannot guarantee them.
